With the recent issues with drought and our less than impressive El Nino this year, Southern California has a continued responsibility to conserve water. At Paradise Designs, we believe you can have a beautiful landscape and save water, too.
One of the tools in our tool chest is the use of Smart Controllers in irrigation systems. These ‘smart’ irrigation systems interface with existing weather conditions allowing a personalized and localized approach to water use. These systems work in a variety of ways including measuring precipitation, humidity, and temperature in your yard. Based on the information gathered, sprinkler run time is adjusted ensuring the optimal use of the water. We also take advantage of water saving nozzles and drip systems. By using a large variety of the latest irrigation technology we are able to install integrated and well designed landscapes that include site and zone appropriate plants with proper water management techniques to address our ongoing water issues here in Orange County.
