About This Project

This young growing family started out with the enviable challenge that a new home with a large dirt yard offers. They wanted to create a yard that would grow with their family’s entertaining needs. They chose to incorporate all the elements that would draw friends and family to gather here for years to come.

The focal point is the pool and spa with an adjacent outdoor room with all the amenities of comfort. This three sided covered room includes a fireplace and wall hung television surrounded by comfortable seating and built in bar area.

The adjacent custom pool features a swim up bar with in-pool seating so you can belly up to the bar and 2 umbrella stands that allows for shade and sun protection to protect young and old alike.

The central part of the yard features a covered patio area adjacent to the house facing mountainous ravine views and a built in barbecue area complete with brick pizza oven.

Additionally, the side yard features a large hardscape area ideal for the kids to play basketball or set up a ping pong table and park all their motorized cars and toys.
